Indigo Lavender Farms was verified under the Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program ( MAEAP ) in 2018 and the verification is valid for five years. In order to maintain MAEAP verification, we are required to review the appropriate risk assessment with our local conservation district technician and undergo regular site visits. Indigo Lavender Farms participates in DTE Energy's MIGreenPower program. Through our enrollment, we are matching 20% of our energy use to DTE's wind farms and solar parks. This investment in renewable energy is helping to protect the environment and create a cleaner Michigan for all of us.
